Lograce Road
This project was a large architectural new build, with a modern aesthetic. The build had a number of complexities, with one significant piece of the puzzle being significant earthworks. On the inside, there were also a number of intricate features including internal decks and exterior sliding joinery. Thanks to open communication and the dedication of the EBC team, we were able to achieve the high-end finish the project required.
Architect: Jason Bailey
In 2014, we bought a section at Piha and EBC were recommended by our architect, Jason Bailey. Prior to building, we’d heard endless horror stories on the risks: Cost overruns, design errors, construction mistakes and so on. Each day we awaited a call from EBC to say 'we have a problem'.
However, that call never came because Tom and the EBC team were always ahead of the game, using reliable staff and sub tradespeople. EBC looked ahead to roadblocks and issues and resolved them before they became problems. The team also kept us informed of what was happening next and why. Probably most importantly, we found everyone at EBC to be totally straight up and down.
If we built again EBC would be the first company we’d call.
